Takes up minimal space but gives me a complete upper body workout. The 55 inch bar is perfect length and the weight distribution feels balanced. Much better than my old mismatched weights.
Bought this for my son who wanted to start strength training. He loves it! The adjustable design means he can progress gradually and the padded bar prevents any discomfort. Quality exceeded my expectations for the price point.
Solid construction and the padding on the bar is a nice touch. Only reason for 4 stars is I'm already outgrowing the 43 pound limit, but that's more about my progression than the product itself. Would recommend for beginners to intermediate users.
