Hex Bar Weight Sets

Hex Bar (Trap Bar) - Safety and Versatility

The Barbell Standard Hex Bar (aka Trap Bar, same thing with a different name) improves deadlift form and adds versatility to your workout routine. The hex bar design allows you to keep the weight aligned with your center of gravity, reducing the load on your lower back during deadlifts and unlocking new exercises in your gym. Forged from 188,000 PSI steel with a medium/light hill knurling and featuring two sets of grip options, the Barbell Standard Hex Bar is built for safety, long-term reliability, and versatility.

Improve Deadlift Form

With the center of gravity directly across your body, lower spine engagement is reduced during deadlifts by shifting the load to your hips when you're at the bottom of the lift.

Secure Grip

Dual knurled grips

Built to Last

Constructed with 188,000 PSI tensile strength steel, this bar is rated for a 700LB static load
